Our Director Rashmita Vadher was admitted on Solicitors Roll on the 14th February 1993. She specialises in divorce proceedings and financial matters.

As well as her specialism in the field of family work, Rashmita has a renowned reputation as being a meticulous and caring immigration practitioner, assisting clients in difficult and complicated Human Rights applications and in appeals for entry clearance

Rashmita is an expert in the area of child abduction, successfully resulting in children being returned from Spain, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Ghana. Rashmita is a panel member for Reunite, a renowned charity assisting those with the return of their children from abroad or children who have been brought to this country.

She also acts on behalf of those who have been forced into a marriage. Rashmita has a good relationship with Women’s Aid and this has enabled her to become a specialist in helping both men and women who find themselves in violent relationships.

Rashmita is a Law Society Family - Advanced Panel Member and an Accredited Specialist with Resolution.
